Titus 3:12–15 & Full Letter Review

Paul closes his letter the same way he opened it — with grace. In this episode, Nate walks through the final verses of Titus, introducing the real people who carried the gospel at personal cost and unpacking what it means for a community to "meet the pressing needs" of those around them. Then he steps back to survey the whole letter — three chapters, one coherent vision — and sets the stage for something special in Episode 15. The goal was never just to finish the letter. The goal was to be changed by it.

Discussion Questions:

  1. Paul names four specific people in these closing verses. What does that tell you about how the gospel actually travels? Who is someone in your life who has carried the gospel to you at personal cost?
  2. Verse 14 says our people must learn to "meet the pressing needs" of others. What pressing needs exist around you right now that your community could actually meet? What would it look like to be devoted to that?
  3. Paul ends his letter the same way he opened it — with grace. What does it mean to you personally that grace is both the first word and the last word? Where do you most need to feel that frame around your life right now?
